Getting Started

There are two methods of connecting to our support professionals. The easiest way to connect uses your email address. If email is part of the problem (not receiving) then we will give you a PIN code (Personal Identification Number) and a web address to browse to.

PIN Code

You will receive a direct connection PIN code. The PIN code is only valid for a single session and cannot be used by anyone else.

Open a web browser and go to http://logmein123.com. Enter the pin code you have received to open a session.

Email Link

You will receive an email from login@support1250.com. Click the link in your email to begin. Email link

A file download dialog box opens. This is the applet. Select Run. Security warning

A small file (672KB) will download. Download progress

After the file is downloaded, a security warning dialog box opens. Select Run. Security warning

The Applet program will now run and you will see the following. Applet

This dialog/chat window allows you to see what is going on along with chat with the operator. It provides us with a window into your computer allowing us to diagnose and fix your computer.

At the end of the support session the program will automatically remove itself from your computer.
